 California Agriculture is available free of charge as an Open Access
 journal on the Internet.

 California Agriculture is a peer-reviewed journal reporting research,
 reviews and news from the Division of Agriculture and Natural Resources of
 the University of California, 300 Lakeside Dr., 6th floor, Oakland, CA
 94612-3560. 
 
 The authors are primarily UC faculty, UC Cooperative Extension specialists
 and advisors, and associated staff. It is published every other month. The
 executive editor is Janet White; managing editor, Pam Kan-Rice; art
 director, Pam Fabry, and circulation manager, Lorrie Mandoriao. 
 
 The first issue of California Agriculture was published in December 1946,
 making it one of the oldest continuously published land-grant university
 research publications in the country. It is also one of the largest
 circulation publications of its kind (currently 16,612 domestic and 1,872
 foreign subscribers).
 
 Subscriptions are free upon request in the U.S.; $12 yearly outside the
 U.S.  (please send a check or International Money Order in U.S. funds
 payable to UC REGENTS).  MasterCard/Visa accepted;  requests require
 signature and card expiration date. Library subscriptions are free. Single
 copy price is $2. 
 
 The online version of the magazine includes a table of contents and
 abstracts of articles published in the print magazine of the same name. The
 full-text of editorial published in the hardcopy are also included.
