Since 1987, California Planning & Development 
Report has been the place for coverage of land use, 
planning and zoning issues in California. Called  
CP&DR for short, the journal offers in-debts 
coverage  such topics as growth management, 
housing, redevelopment, real estate and population.

Since 1999, CP&DR has had a presence on the 
web and now has an archive of stories available from 
1991 to the present. While the archives is fee-based, it 
is an excellent way to find articles in the print edition, 
which is available in PDF download for subscribers to 
the journal.

Each month a new issue is publsihed both in print and 
online and each Tuesday the stories freely available on 
the website change.
