Dairy Products is an electronic version of the print newsletter of the
same name published by the National Agricultural Statistics Service
(NASS), Agricultural Statistics Board, U.S. Department of Agriculture.

It contains statistics on the production of butter, cheese, frozen
products, evaporated, condensed, and dry milk and whey products;
shipments, stocks, and prices of dry milk and whey products for major
states and U.S.
