e-Ti is an international electronic review intended for the researchers and
administrators for the promotion and the diffusion of the results of
research and experiments R&D in the field of Information Technology.

E-Ti wishes to act like a relay and a reflector site to support the research
tasks undertaken in the North and the South.

The covered topics are those related to information technologies such as the
information systems, the engineering of the components, the data bases,
dated it mining, the distributed systems, interworking, the Semantic Web,
the Web services, applications Internet, safety and artificial intelligence.
