The Observatory is a partnership between the World Health Organization
Regional Office for Europe, the Governments of Belgium, Finland, Greece,
Norway, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden, the Veneto Region of Italy, the European
Investment Bank, the Open Society Institute, the World Bank, the London
School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and the London School of
Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (LSHTM).

Published quarterly, Euro Observer is the health policy bulletin of the
European Observatory on Health Systems and Policies, and provides
information on key health policy issues and health care system reforms
across Europe through review articles, case studies and commentaries. It
also highlights forthcoming Observatory studies, reports and other research
activities.
