One of Harvard Law School's cutting-edge journals, the Harvard Journal
of Law & Technology (JOLT) provides an excellent insight into the legal
implications of emerging technologies. JOLT seeks to provide ground
breaking articles from various perspectives and in diverse fields of
study.
We have published articles by law professors, practitioners, and
politicians on varied topics including biotechnology, computers,
international technology transfer, intellectual property, medical
technologies, and telecommunications. These and other subjects are some
of the most exciting and rapidly developing areas of the law, and we
believe that the dialogue provided by JOLT and other high-technology
legal journals will help to shape the future of this important field.
Abstracts of the journal are available.
The Journal publishes two issues each year. The subscription rate is
U.S. $35.00 (foreign orders are $40.00) per year. Previous issues are
also available at $25.00/issue.
