A new e-journal called Keidanren review has just started at

http://www.keidanren.or.jp/english/journal/index.html

Keidanren:

Keidanren (Japan Federation of Economic Organizations) is a private and
non-profit economic organization which represents virtually all branches
of economic activities in Japan. Keidanren, maintaining close contact
with both public and private sectors at home and abroad, endeavors not
only to find practical solutions to economic problems but also to
contribute to the sound development of the economies of Japan and other
countries around the world. Its membership stood at 970 corporations
and 123 association members, as of October 1994. The corporate members
are leading Japanese enterprises and 53 foreign companies operating in
Japan. The association members include trade associations and regional
economic organizations.

The journal appears to contain editorial messages, organizational
reports, and policy studies on a wide range of economic and public
issues, e.g., "Lessons in Global Environmental Responsibility from Papua
New Guinea" and "Re-evaluating the Japanese Corporate System"
