Macramé is a place that welcomes moments of discussion and review of issues
surrounding urban planning. It is to be seen as a notebook, full of notes,
rather than completed studies. Text and images and alternate and complement
each other freely. 

The magazine is structured into three sections: The first section,
"Reflections" is the heart of the magazine, where a theme monograph is read
and interpreted, mainly through the contributions of doctoral students, from
their diverse and heterogeneous points of view. The second section,
"Excursions", welcomes book reviews, reports of meetings, notices of
competitions, workshops, new technologies useful both for research and for
the exercise of the town planning profession. The third section, "Stories"
is dedicated to the story of travel and study, especially abroad, made by
Ph.D. students, we believe is an important opportunity broadening our
research.

Macramé is an annual publication.
