Macquarie Journal of International and Comparative Environmental Law
(MqJICEL) is published by Macquarie University¹s Centre for Environmental
Law. The journal provides a forum for scholarly dialogue concerning both
global and regional environmental issues.

The biannual MqJICEL contains a variety of articles and book reviews
together with relevant case and legislative commentary. The MqJICEL will
stand apart from other environmental law journals through its emphasis upon
analysis of comparative environmental law issues at international, regional
and local levels.
