Linguistica Pragensia presents the best achievements of Czech linguists and
contributions by foreign authors, especially when related to the live
concepts of the Prague School of Linguistics and the Methodology of
Functional Structuralism in General, also new developments in modern
Germanic and Romance Linguistics and Contrastive Linguistics.

Contributions are not confined to Czech linguists but come from a wide range
of linguists of international reknown. Articles, reviews and discussions are
in either English, French, German, Italian, Spanish or Russian.
