Revista de Administração Contemporânea (RAC) publishes articles about
theoretical development and theoretical-empirical papers in the field of
Administration. Different theoretical and methodological perspectives are
acceptable as long as they are consistent and relevant to the development of
the field (articles based on single-case studies will be accepted if they
deal with organizations that are highly representative of their field or if
they provide a significant contribution to knowledge of the field).

In addition to articles, the RAC publishes reviews, bibliographical notes
and documents for the community to reflect on.

The target audience is mainly professionals and students from Brazilian
academic circles and managers of public, private and third sector
organizations who are interested in dialog and innovation in the field of
administration.
