Launched at the beginning of September, 1995, Off the Record is a
multimedia Web magazine for business and technology professionals.  Like
any self-respecting Web publication, Off the Record intends to go well
beyond rehashing what is available in print publications.  (For what
it's worth, the articles archived here are complete, unedited text --
including the stuff that ended up on the magazine's cutting room floor.)
