Occupational Outlook Quarterly

http://stats.bls.gov/opub/ooq/ooqhome.htm

OOQ Online is based on the print periodical Occupational Outlook Quarterly
and mirrors its print counterpart.

To make the best use of the medium, OOQ Online gives you the opportunity to
read a "nutshell" description or a "snippet" from each OOQ article before
you download the full text of the article.

OOQ Online includes an index of online articles published in print starting
with Spring 1999. In addition, a 5-year index for articles in print is
available. Reprints of some articles can be ordered.

OOQ provides practical information on jobs and careers. Articles are written
in straightforward, non-technical language and cover a wide variety of
career and work-related topics such as new and emerging occupations,
training opportunities, salary trends, and results of new studies from the
Bureau of Labor Statistics.

Nutshells and snippets are provided in the standard language of the Web,
HTML. They are meant for online reading. The full text of each article is
available in Adobe's Portable Document Format (PDF). The PDF files are not
designed for online reading; instead, we provide them so that users may
print copies that will be substantially easier to read on paper than they
would be to read on line. PDF files also retain the layout and page
numbering of the printed article, so they can be used to make or follow
bibliographic references.
