 Quality Review is an electronic bi-monthly publication of the U.S.
 Pharmacopeia Practitioners' Reporting Network. USP (United States
 Pharmacopeia), established in 1820, is a private, voluntary,
 not-for-profit, healthcare organization. More than 1,500 volunteer health
 care professionals, scientists, academicians, and government officials
 comprise USP's "family," which is organized into three
 bodies:

 	* Membership
 	* Officers and Trustees
 	* Committee of Revision and Advisory Panelists

 A staff of more than 250 supports the work of USP's family.

 The USP Practitioners' Reporting NetworkSM is a singular system that
 encompasses the USP practitioner reporting programs. This distinctive
 nationwide system enables health care professionals to report any concerns
 about the quality, safety, or performance of products used in their
 practice. Whether the product is a prescription or over-the-counter drug,
 used in home care or emergency care, designed for human or veterinary use
 or for radiological or radiopharmaceutical use, the USP PRN® promotes
 continuous quality improvement through personal involvement.
