I would like to suggest this "new" on-line journal which has been around
for about a year; about South Asian (eg India and Pakistan) scholarly
issues. 

I provide

SAGAR

South Asia Graduate Research Journal

 SAGAR is an electronic journal distributed free of charge to anyone
 with access to the Internet. Hard copies are also available (see the
 Subscriptions Section for more information). We encourage submissions
 from graduate students and junior scholars working in any area of
 South Asia Studies.

 SAGAR is primarily dedicated to the publication of exemplary research
 papers on South Asia. The journal also includes faculty book reviews
 and graduate student profiles. We encourage all South Asia graduate
 students and junior scholars to submit information about their
 research and teaching interests. All such submissions will be
 published as a part of the following issue.

 To subscribe to SAGAR, either fill out this form or send the message
 "subscribe sagar-journal" by e-mail to:

  New issues of SAGAR will be sent to your e-mail address as soon as
  they are published.


 Issues of SAGAR are now fully on-line as WWW documents. They were
 created with the rtftohtml converter (130K) written by Chris Hector.
 However, any errors in the WWW version of SAGAR (and there are some
 minor ones) are the responsibility of the editors only. Thus, there
 are three ways to read SAGAR:

   1. Read an on-line version as a WWW document below
   2. Download BinHex versions of current or past issues.
   3. Subscribe by e-mail as above
