Recent events continue to demonstrate how vulnerable school campus's are. 
Each week new events unfold catapulting schools and their districts into
the news. -- It might be impossible to predict school terrorism and
violence yet we can make our schools safer. Create emergency plans to
cover those unexpected contingencies. As parents we must know in a concise
way what to look for. Today parents are so 'snowed under' with their work,
bills and other concerns that knowing where to find information that is
direct and useful becomes a major factor in becoming an 'effective' and a
