is the electronic version of the magazine of the same name, published
monthly on the web. It is divided into five sections; Features, Current
Events, Research, Comment, and Departments. All articles are full-text.
Feature articles address issues in education like cheating, corruption, and
teacher stress. The current events section focuses on news that is
relevant to education and the teaching profession. The research section,
as a corollary to current events, outlines new technologies and studies
about learning techniques, etc... The comment section includes articles
by teachers and educators as well as book reviews. The departments
section has an article entitled "Connections" which focuses the entire
issue of the magazine into a cohesive message, and includes a letters
column with hypertext references to the articles responded to, a list of
deadlines for grants and scholarships, a list of awards and honors,
teaching tools, a list of world wide web sites for teachers and students,
and a list of contests, scholarships and internships for students.
The site is Netscape frames enhanced.
