Dave Truesdale created Tangent in 1993 with the mandate of reviewing 
all the professional magazine short fiction in the SF&F field, and 
Tangent has been the only periodical with that engagement. Since 1997 
Tangent has been online, and it has been contuining its goal of reviewing 
SF&F (Science Fiction and Fantasy) short fiction.

Online issues are free and subscription is $5.00/year and includes the 
latest reviews.
