Taiwan Journal of Anthropology
Taiwan Journal of Anthropology
http://www.sinica.edu.tw/ioe/chinese/TJA/taiwan-journal.htm
Publisher: Institute of Ethnology, Academia Sinica
A journal primarily devoted to sociocultural anthropology, TJA seeks to
bring interesting and exciting new anthropological research to a global
audience.
TJA will be an international bilingual journal that publishes Chinese and
English articles addressing theoretical, empirical and ethnographic issues
in all sub-fields of modern anthropology. The intention is for TJA to become
a major anthropology journal that bridges developments in con- temporary
international anthropology and Chinese and English language anthropology.
This journal modifies and augments the venerable tradition and editorial
conventions long followed for its predecessor, the Bulletin of the Institute
of Ethnology, to published peer-reviewed research articles, review
articles, research notes, comment and reply, and selected book reviews.
TJA invites all anthropologists, and all scholars in other disciplines who
wish to engage in dialogue with anthropologists, to submit their work for
publication. We seek and appreciate greatly your general support,
through submissions, subscriptions, and comments.
