The BLT is an online journal dedicated to publishing timely
and relevant materials addressing the law's attempts to
keep pace with the ever expanding horizon of technological
innovation. These materials include traditional scholarly
articles and comments, practical advice and "heads-ups"
from attorneys broaching the cutting edge, and links to
other sites on the World Wide Web that are tackling
similar issues.
