The wide scope of the journal includes theoretical developments in wave
propagation and scattering in turbulence and particulate matter, rough
surface and volume scattering and scattering in nonlinear random media,
complemented by experimental work and numerical studies demonstrating
theoretical principles or reporting new phenomena.  Topics of interest
include backscattering enhancement from continuous and discrete random
media and rough surfaces; inverse problems in random media; statistics
of scattered waves; localization; pulse propagation in random media;
dynamics and time correlation of the intensity; surface and volume
scattering; phase screens; electrons in amorphous solids; chaos and
fractal media.  Deterministic problems are also considered if they are
useful as members of an ensemble.
