As a Canadian 'liveaboard'who has lived waterborne for over 4 years, I
have often been frustrated by the lack of a cohesive 'voice' for us to
communicate with each other, to share information about the lifestyle, and
to have 'power in numbers' politically. My vision for Waterborne Canada is
to become that voice, and have that 'clout.'

The newsletter will be emailed to you every other Thursday beginning on
Sept. 9/99. It will cover topics of interest to Canadian liveaboards or
'wannabes,' including political news, features about folks living the
life, 'how-to's,' etc. There will also be appropriate advertising, and a
'clasified' section. If you have a product or service you'd like the
waterborne community to know about, a story to tell or a tidbit to
contribute, please email me. 

If you know of anyone else who may be interested in receiving or
contributing to this newsletter, please pass on the information.
