A new Library exhibition showcases recent acquisitions in the University Art Collection, University Archives, Rare Books Collection, and Manuscripts Collection. Among the dozens of notable items on display include a 1985 letter from English author Graham Greene to former Georgetown University Librarian Joseph E. Jeffs; a copy of William Wordsworth’s The River Duddon: A Series of Sonnets gifted to the Library by Georgetown Professor Emeritus Paul F. Betz; a collection of materials from Georgetown’s LGBTQ Resource Center, and “Mom on Seneca,” a scene from artist Judy Bowman’s childhood home on the east side of Detroit in the 1960s.

The exhibition is on display through June 12 in the Special Collections Gallery and Charles Marvin Fairchild Memorial Gallery on Lauinger Library’s fifth floor.
