The Cross-Disciplinary Undergraduate Research Exhibition will bring together examples of the impressive depth and breadth of research done by undergraduates across the departments, schools, and centers of Georgetown University. The exhibition will include both digital and physical elements. All undergraduate research projects nominated and submitted will be included in the digital exhibition on the library’s website. Due to the physical space restrictions, a limited number of posters can be displayed in the Gelardin Center on the 1st floor of Lauinger Library from January 30 - March 15, 2024.
January 6: Deadline for nominated students to submit the application form.
January 13: Faculty and students will be notified.
Jan. 17: Final titles and abstracts from students are due.
Jan. 24: Students must deliver posters to the library. Details will be emailed by Jan. 13.
January 31, 2:00-4:00 pm: Opening Reception

- Student researchers selected to display a poster in the physical exhibition will give 2-minute flash talks about their work and discuss their research.
- Campus partners will share information about fellowships, and grants, and discuss opportunities for research with students.
- Community members can learn about the multitude of campus resources available for conducting research and be inspired to work across disciplines to create innovative solutions for today’s and tomorrow’s problems.
