Join the School of Continuing Studies Library for an introduction to crafting productive prompts in this popular chatbot developed by OpenAI. We will discuss the need for prompt engineering, describe dominant types of prompting, and demonstrate (and have you test) characteristics of effective prompting utilizing available frameworks. Ethical incorporation of the AI-generated information within the GU context and beyond will be discussed as well. Time will be given for questions.
