Doing research with Artificial Intelligence is important, but learning about which industries are using it is an emerging topic. There are syndicated sources that cost money, but the Federal Government has been collecting data for years about which industries are using AI in business. This workshop will introduce the high-frequency data from the Census Bureau’s Business Trends and Outlook Survey and the Annual Business Survey: Research and Development tables co-sponsored by the National Center for Science and Engineering Statistics (NCSES) within the National Science Foundation. Bring your laptops to access the websites and learn how to download them. Join us in the Murray Room of Lauinger Library and online.
