Text Mining for Total Beginners

Come celebrate Love Data Week with the library! In this workshop, participants will learn about different methods for creating a corpus for text analysis. The workshop will then demonstrate web-based tools for beginners to explore text analysis methods, including an AI-based web scraping tool. A brief overview of popular text analysis methods, including Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing tools, is included. No experience is required. A recording of the session will be sent to everyone who registers.
