A limited number of lockers are available in Lauinger Library for Main Campus graduate students who live off-campus. If interested please fill out a Locker Application Form.
Lockers for the Fall 2024 semester will be available for check-out on a first come, first served basis on Wednesday, September 11, 2024. Keys are distributed between 8am and 8pm weekdays and 10am and 6pm Saturday and Sunday.
Lockers assignments are for one academic year. Instructions will be emailed out in advance of the renewal period in May on how to renew your locker. Failure to renew your locker or return the key will result in forfeiture of your locker assignment and a $100 replacement charge being added to your library account to cover the cost of making a new key.
Lockers are not transferable.
Food and drink may not be stored in your locker.
You may keep circulating library materials in your locker if they are properly checked out.
Any non-circulating library materials (periodicals, reference materials, newspapers, etc.) or library materials that have not been checked out will be removed if found in your locker.
The library is not responsible for the loss of personal materials or library materials charged out to you.
For the safety of your materials and personal possessions, the locker door should be locked at all times.
