  2. What do you do, in 10 words or less? Digitize manuscript collections to make them available on DigitalGeorgetown.
  3. Where are you from? I'm from Akron, Ohio. If you're unfamiliar, it's about 25 miles south of Cleveland and is the home of Goodyear, Devo, and the Purell you've lately been putting all over your hands.
  4. Do you have any hobbies? I draw and play various keyboard instruments. I have an array of old synthesizers in various states of functionality.
  5. What are you reading/watching/playing/listening to/learning right now? Reading How Not to Be a Boy by Robert Webb. Listening to Blue Hearts by Bob Mould. Learning to solder.
  6. What couldn't you live without? My wife!
  7. Is there anything from the past that you wish would come back into fashion? Dial-up internet, the Ford Escort.
  8. Who is your hero and why? LeBron James. Being from Akron, I'm actually required to say that, but it's still true. He's just the best guy!
  9. What's your favorite thing about fall? The peppered and earthy musk of the woods, the morning air and the sun through the trees.
  10. If you didn’t work in your current field, what would you be doing? In my twenties I did road management for bands. It's possible I'd still be doing that, although I'm glad I'm not. It's easier to age with dignity in the heritage sector.
