What do you do—in one sentence: I help make sure the library's database is correct and up to date, and do some minor repairs on damaged books as well.

Where are you from? Born in Maryland, but mostly grew up in Chicago

Why Georgetown/D.C.? I have a lot of family in the D.C. area, and I appreciate the public transit system.

What are some of your hobbies? I read a lot, unsurprisingly. I also enjoy video games and sci-fi television shows.

Favorite book? The Hobbit was one of the first long books I read, and is still my favorite now.

What are you listening to right now? El Fusilado by Chumbawamba. Great song about the Mexican Revolution.

If you could be present for any event of the past, present, or future, what would it be? I'd have loved to see the first moon landing live.

What's your superpower/hidden talent? I can read and write upside down. Handy for reviewing someone's work while sitting opposite them.

What material thing could you not live without? Diet Coke. I need my caffeine, and I'm not a fan of coffee.

If you didn’t work in your current field, what would you be doing? I used to be a math tutor, so maybe getting a teaching license? I prefer this though.

You are building your dream house. What is one room or feature you would want to include? I'd like a revolving bookcase or fireplace somewhere. I loved mystery novels growing up.
