Michael Parker, Assistant Dean Assistant Dean at Georgetown University and Professor in the Department of Biology, participated participated in the Digital Research and Innovation (DRI) at Georgetown Projects and collaborated with Digital Scholarship and Technology Services and the Center for New Designs in Learning and Scholarship to create The Collection of Biothreat Risk Assessments (COBRA) a growing archive of readable/downloadable files that serves as a resource to the biosecurity field and the general public.
