Sikh American Community

For my Media and Social Justice class, I reported on the Sikh American community for the entire semester, highlighting their struggles, advocacies, cultures, and identities. Each assignment required us to write a different kind of news story that highlights unique aspects of our community. For example, we had a solutions journalism story, a culture piece, an equity piece, an op-ed etc.
