Tanous Family Lecture featuring George Akerlof

Join us on Thursday, February 25 at 6:00 pm in Copley Formal Lounge for "Phishing for Phools," a lecture by George Akerlof, Nobel Laureate in Economics and Professor in the McCourt School of Public Policy. The lecture is based on the book he recently co-authored, Phishing for Phools: The Economics of Manipulation and Deception.

This lecture is possible through the Tanous Family Endowed Lecture Fund, which was established by Peter J. Tanous (C’60) in 2010 in honor of Lauinger Library’s 40th anniversary. The fund supports an annual lecture program for the Library Associates.

Due to the overwhelming response for this lecture, we have add to open a waitlist. Sorry for the inconvience!
