Georgetown’s 3rd Annual Wikipedia Edit-a-thon

The information on this page refers to an event that happened in the past, and the information may no longer be accurate. It is presented for historical purposes only.

The title "Wikipedia" is in the branded typography of the site. Below it the word "Edit-a-Thon" has each letter as if torn or cut from a magazine with different colors and fonts.

Join the Georgetown community to help close the gender gap on Wikipedia by increasing the representation of underrepresented groups — in both Wikipedia content and contributors — on topics such as women in politics, women in STEM, and women in the arts.

No Wikipedia editing experience necessary to attend the Georgetown Edit-a-thon. There will be hands-on training provided by representatives from Wikimedia District of Columbia.
