Playing with Stuckness: Art for Joy

The EnActors present Playing with Stuckness: Art for Joy

This workshop is a module of the Tools for Joy series created by The EnActors.  These sessions explore how creativity, embodiment, and mindfulness can serve as acts of resistance and restoration during periods of conflict and uncertainty.

This workshop offering designed by  Mia Massimino will explore how stuckness and joy co-exist and how we can use collaboration and visual play as a bridge—to access our own joy more deeply and to soften our own stuckness by seeing ourselves reflected through someone else's experience. Come ready to play and be present. All levels welcome!

Facilitated by Mia Massimino, Project Director and Program Coordinator for the Racial Justice Institute, Leslie Jones Jackson (Co-Director, The EnActors) and Antonio Lyons ( Director, The EnActors).
