While the associate program is ongoing, borrowing is slightly more complex right now because the library is only open to students, faculty, and staff. Library Associates with current accounts can request items through HoyaSearch.
Once those items are paged and the holds triggered you will receive an email from the Access Services Department telling you that the books are ready for pickup. You should reply to that email account (accessservices@georgetown.edu) identifying yourself as a Library Associate so the library staff are aware.
Access Services will work with you to arrange a Main Entrance pick-up (you CANNOT currently enter the building).
