In our world today, it can seem silly and tremendously difficult to remain hopeful. But what does hope even mean? The word is often thrown around in our everyday conversations such that its meaning has been lost and degraded. Inspired by Jane Goodall's "Hopecasts," this short podcast delves into a concrete definition of hope and offers five reasons why choosing to be a hopeful person is worth it.
