Cosmopolitan Cuisine Centers

An exploration of London's street markets through StoryMaps, done as the final project for the CALL Scholars program. This StoryMaps details the history of London's street markets, how they have evolved to contemporary resident and tourist needs, the challenges that vendors face, and the community aspect of markets that make them irreplaceable. It includes interviews done with market visitors and vendors as well as a geographical map of street food.
