Analyzes the hog industry in Duplin County, North Carolina through an environmental and food justice lens. Looking at how our current system of industrial agriculture contributes to racial and wealth inequality not only in Duplin County, but all over the world. Using this as an example of how interconnected we all are through food and our shared planet and that in the face of such a complex issue you can take action on a local level to make an impact.
