*ATTENTION: For the Fall 2021 Semester, the Murray Room is in use by the University as a classroom until 3:30pm Monday-Friday. Please do not sumbit requests to use the room before 3:30pm, as your request will be denied.*
The Murray Room is available to library staff for library-related meetings and events, and university faculty and staff for academic meetings and university-sponsored events. It is not available for use for non-university-related activities.
Features of the room:
- Screen and projector for presentations
- Ceiling speaker system
- Laptop (Windows 7) on the podium connected to the projector
- A/V system which supports personal laptops at the podium (HDMI and VGA)
All requests, scheduling, and arrangements are handled by the Scheduling Coordinator in Library Administration.
The Murray Room is on the 5th Floor of Lauinger Library.
All reservations are subject to cancellation based on priority needs.
All users must complete the Authorization Request for Use of Murray Room at least 48 hours prior to the meeting date and no more than 30 days before the meeting date. All reservations are considered tentative until the Program and Events Coordinator provides confirmation.

For the Fall 2021 Semester, the Murray Room is available Monday through Friday only, from 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
