This short film is the result of an oral history interview with fiber artist Kendall Ross (known online as @id.knit.that), in which we discussed the often sexist distinctions between craft and art. Inspired by this conversation, I decided to use the medium of embroidery to recreate "The Creation of Adam" by Michelangelo and then use the napkin while eating a plate of ribs. This piece is intended to play with the question of what is art and hopefully leave the viewer wondering where that boundary exists and why it is placed there.
