How to Reserve the Studio

To get a key to the studio you’ll need to make a reservation using the "Reserve this room" link on this page and then head to the circulation desk to check out a key during your reservation time. Studios can be reserved for up to 3 hours per day. If there is a prior reservation on the calendar, please schedule your reservation at least 30 minutes after the prior reservation ends to allow for the system-required buffer between bookings.

The studio can be reserved by anyone in the Georgetown University Community and is totally free to use. We ask that you treat the room with respect and leave it in good condition. Please do not eat or drink anything but water in the studio. You will be charged for any damage to the room and/or any items removed from the space. If there is any damage to the space, or missing equipment, at the start of reservation, please report it to digitalscholarship@georgetown.edu immediately to avoid being charged.
