We prioritize analysis and high-impact collaboration that cannot be achieved on standard displays. Student requests are welcomed and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- New users must complete technology training with Library staff before their session. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.
- If it is your first time booking, submit your request at least 10 days in advance to ensure training can be completed.
- The Duran Lab is prioritized for instruction and research weekdays from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Evening sessions (after 5 p.m.) and weekend bookings can not be guaranteed to have onsite technical support
- Privacy Notice: The Lab is located in an open area. All content displayed on the Wall will be visible to the public.
All reservations are subject to cancellation based on priority needs.
Reservations will be handled by the LibCal system once it launches; in the meantime, please contact the Visualization and Learning Space coordinator at digitalscholarship@georgetown.edu for further details.
