Ostrich, The Future of Red Meat

During my CCT grad program, I chose to take a videography class to improve my digital communications skills. Having no previous videography training or experience, I'm very proud of how my short documentary on ostrich farms turned out! It's a topic at the intersection of environmentalism, regional politics, and small family businesses. Over the course of the semester, I learned so much about ostrich farming, videography techniques, and video editing.
