How to Reserve the Studio
To get a key to the studio you’ll need to make a reservation using the blue link above and then head to the circulation desk to check out a key during your reservation time. Studios can be reserved for up to 3 hours per day.
The studio can be reserved by anyone in the Georgetown University Community and is totally free to use. We ask that you treat the room with respect and leave it in good condition. Please do not eat or drink anything but water in the studio. You will be charged for any damage to the room and/or any items removed from the space. If there is any damage to the space, or missing equipment, at the start of reservation, please report it to digitalscholarship@georgetown.edu immediately to avoid being charged.
